Hostel module list down hostel in/out records of all workers regardless of company profile.


In In Hostel tab, there are 5 functions implementable for each record,

       

       1. Key in Date Out (A)


2. "Edit" (B) - Update Hostel Record : Expected Out date / Remark 


3. √ Check Out? (C) - Checkout worker from hostel (only applicable to worker that having company in either Send-To or Rent-To)


       4. Transfer Hostel (D) - Transfer worker to another hostel (only applicable to worker that within current company profile)


       5. Local Teacher Report (E) - Teacher report from Malaysia side


       6. Oversea Teacher Report (F) - Teacher report from oversea


       7. Counseling (G) - Complete worker complaint/counseling (only applicable to worker which counseling not yet done)


8. after complete, click "SAVE" (H)
