1. Click Update Policy No (A)


2. Select the Subsidiary Company (B) 


3. Click "FIND" (C) 

 

4. Key in Start Date & Expired Date (D) ( follow the Policy Date )


5. Key in Policy No & SPPA No (E) ( follow the FWCS Policy No )


6. √ Policy? & SPPA No. (F)


7. after complete, click "SAVE" (G). The transaction will pending at "DN"
